In-Person Applicants

Applications can be completed in our office. Monday-Friday (except major holidays) 9:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M. at the SMART JATC Training Center (see below). It should take no more than 15 minutes if you come prepared. Applications will NOT be available after 3:00 P.M.

Please bring the following documents with you:

• Your valid Driver’s License or ID (required)
• Your Social Security Card or ITIN with a work visa (required)
• Your High School Diploma, School Transcripts, or GED (recommended)
